Thank you for choosing Auric. We work directly with our master manufacturing partners to bring you premium leather goods without the luxury markup. Below is everything you need to know about how we safely get your order to your door.
🇬🇧 UK Mainland Delivery Rates & Times
We treat every item with care, utilizing fully tracked services so you can follow your parcel's journey from our hands to yours.
· Orders of £35 and Over: FREE Standard Tracked Delivery (3–5 working days).
· Orders Under £35: £2.95 Flat-Rate Tracked Delivery (3–5 working days).
Please note: If you order a mix of items that brings your basket total to £35 or more, your entire UK Mainland order qualifies for Free Standard Tracked Delivery.
🏝️ Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Islands
Because private couriers charge significantly higher fees to deliver outside of the UK mainland, we are unable to offer free shipping to these regions.

· Off-Mainland Tracked Delivery: An additional location fee will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your postcode.
· Affected Areas Include: Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.

🚀 Need it Sooner? Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
If you need your leather accessories or bags in a hurry, we offer an Express Delivery upgrade at checkout.
· Express Tracked Delivery: £5.95 (1–2 working days).
Our Express Delivery rate is calculated exactly on actual courier costs to keep it as honest and affordable as possible for you.
📦 Order Processing & Tracking
· Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
· Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link. You can use this to view real-time updates and proof of delivery.
· All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
· Packaging: To keep our carbon footprint small and protect your items, our smaller accessories are shipped in lightweight, protective mailers, while our handbags are safely packed to preserve their shape.
Damaged or Delayed Parcels
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please inspect the inner leather bag immediately. If the item itself has been affected by transit, contact our customer care team within 48 hours at sales@auricleather.co.uk with photos of the packaging so we can resolve it for you instantly.
