Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your premium leather purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process in full compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations [1] within聽14 days of delivery聽for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Conditions for Premium Leather

Leather is a natural, organic material that easily records wear. To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must meet the following strict luxury criteria:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Unused Condition:聽The bag must be completely unworn, undamaged, and free from any marks, scratches, or perfume scents.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Original Packaging:聽The bag must be returned inside its original cloth dust bag, with all protective hardware wrappings and tags fully attached.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Shape Preservation:聽The internal stuffing must be kept inside the bag to prevent the leather from folding or creasing heavily during transit.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Rigid Shipping Box:聽The item must be posted back to us in its original rigid cardboard box (or a box of identical strength and size).聽Never return a leather bag in a plastic mailing sack, as compressed leather can sustain permanent damage.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a diminished-value fee if an item is returned damaged, creased due to poor packaging, or showing clear signs of use.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1.聽聽聽聽聽 Contact our customer care team at sales@auricleather.co.uk聽within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your聽Order Number聽and the reason for your return.

2.聽聽聽聽聽 Our team will review your request and provide you with our secure UK return shipping address within 24 working hours.

3. Return Shipping Costs

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer Responsibility:聽Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items to us.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Requirement for Tracking:聽Because of the premium Nappa and NDM leather goods, you聽must use a tracked shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery聽(such as Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Signature). Please retain your postage receipt. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality assessment by our team. This process typically takes聽3 to 5 business days.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your account.

聽聽聽聽聽Please note that original shipping charges (for orders under 拢35 or off-mainland locations) are non-refundable.


Exchanges:聽If you would like to exchange your bag for a different size, style, or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order directly through our website.
